The Board of Directors will be updating the remote controller and gated parking door openers on:
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9th AT 10:00 A.M.
The current system will remain active until April 9, 2014 at which time it will be removed. All residents should have arranged to receive their new openers prior to this date. Your old remotes after this date will not work.
Corina will be on site Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. and on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. to distribute the openers. If you need to make alternate arrangements please contact Corina directly.
Each gated parking stall will receive one standard opener. If you would like a key-chain style remote, it will be at your own cost of approximately $40.00 (Will be confirmed). It will also have to be ordered so you will have to let Corina Know.
