Smoking Policy

Phillips Lofts is a NON SMOKING building.  Phillips Lofts bylaws prohibit smoking of any substance in private units, and common areas including the rooftop patio, private balconies and patios. As smoking is an extreme fire hazard, enforcement of this bylaw is important to everyone’s safety and the Board takes this seriously. Any violation of the no-smoking bylaw will result in a fine, or common area privileges being taken away. Please inform your guests and ensure that they are also aware.  The bylaw also specifically prohibits the smoking of cannabis and cultivation of cannabis plants.
